Gold:
The Company has optioned the Battle Mountain Ridge Project on the prolific Battle Mountain Trend in Nevada. This is currently the Company’s lead project. Click here to view 2017 power point presentation.
Nevada is North America’s most prolific gold producing region and the focus of major exploration activity.
Battle Mountain Ridge is located immediately adjacent to Silver Standard’s (SSR) Trenton Canyon Mine and within eyesight of SSR’s Marigold Mine (formerly owned by Barrick and Goldcorp) and Newmont’s Phoenix Gold Mine. This property hosts a non-National Instrument 43-101 Gold Resource. Multiple near surface gold zones have been identified which remain open along stike and to depth.
During the Company’s initial drill program, 25.4g/t Au (0.9 oz/t) over 3 metres (12 feet) was intersected within a stibnite zone at a depth of 150 meters. The gold mineralized stibnite zone is traceable at surface. This high grade discovery has been followed-up. A further drill program has been prepared to significantly expand the gold deposit.
Geophysical and geochemical work have also established additional new gold targets on the property. The Board of Directors approved a follow-up reverse circulation drilling program that was successfully completed late in 2016. Other Gold and Uranium Projects
The Company first started exploring for gold in Indonesia in the mid-1990’s. Its flagship project was the Tewah Alluvial Gold Deposit in Kalimantan. Millions of dollars were invested delineating a gold resource, securing the requisite permits, and completing engineering studies, all as part of a Final Feasibility Report. The then current gold price and the perceived country risk precluded management from securing the requisite financing to go into production.
Management has since closely monitored the situation over the years; it now believes that the business climate has improved, the investor perception has improved as have the price paid for gold and for zircon sands (a significant mineral credit). Management believes that this project is now viable and has returned to Indonesia to re-assemble a significant portion of the land position with a view to eventual production.

Uranium: Having selected and acquired a large and highly prospective uranium land package, management elected to bring in a partner that has both the financial and technical means to effectively develop the potential of the properties. Waseco has Orano (formerly Areva SA) as its partner, the world leader in nuclear power and the only company to cover all industrial activities in this field from exploration and development of mineral resources through to the construction of nuclear power plants, fuel treatment and recycling of reusable materials. Exploration success should lead to the creation of value and translate into significant share appreciation. [more]
